These vouchers are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as Taj / the company.
These vouchers entitles you to the said spa treatment (does not include Spa Indulgences), only at participating Spas across Taj, SeleQtions Gateway and Vivanta hotels, subject to availability.
Please do carry a valid Government ID Card to avail of this offer.
This voucher along with ID proof in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service.
Advance bookings for spa treatments are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please contact the spa reception to help you with a consultation, booking or any queries you might have.
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to benefit from the wet and heat areas (operations of the same subject to Government Orders), as this enhances the effect of your treatment. You are requested to wear swimwear in the wet areas.
Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid any inconvenience to the next guest’s appointment.
Redemption of the voucher by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of the voucher.
This voucher can be used for a single transaction and not on multiple transactions.
The voucher shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment nor redeemable for cash.
No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the voucher. Once a voucher is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled voucher is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
Any dispute needs to be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited and the decision of the company shall be final.
Any further dispute related to the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
The voucher is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the voucher bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
The company reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.
