2. Gift cards (vouchers) can be used on the EaseMyDeal websites, app and M-site.
3. Gift cards (vouchers) will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue.
4. The entire amount of the gift card (voucher) will be redeemed and credited to the EaseMyDeal's easycash wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
5. Gift cards (vouchers) are not redeemable for cash or credit.
6. If the customer misplaces the gift card, EaseMyDeal shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund.
7. No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced.
8. Gift cards (vouchers) cannot be re-validated once expired.
9. The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
10. Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances.
12. Any dispute should be referred to EaseMyDeal and the decision of EaseMyDeal shall be final.
EaseMyDeal gift cards (vouchers) can be redeemed to purchase a wide variety of services in the following manner:

3. Enter gift cards (vouchers) number and pin. Entire gift card (voucher) amount gets credited to the EaseMyDeal wallet.
4. Choose the service & proceed to the payment page.
5. On the checkout page complete the payment by choosing EaseMyDeal wallet payment option and click on proceed.
