All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but it not limited to, setup fees, monthly fees, upgrade fees and professional services fees. If your services/account are cancelled by the company for violation of this Agreement or the attached Acceptable Use Policy, all payments made to the Company become completely non-refundable. Customer agrees not to chargeback any payments via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ Direct Transfer or any other form of payment for services rendered. In the event of a customer filing a chargeback or other payment disputes, they will be considered to violate this agreement and may be subject to collection action.

We at www.easemydeal.com believe in providing the best of the Services to our Users/Applicants at the most affordable rates, however In case of a Duplicate Payment by the User, we are more than Happy to Initiate the refund of the Application once a Written communication regarding the Duplicate Payment is received and our team is able to verify the Duplicate payment. Refund may take 7-10 working days to be credited to the User/Applicant.
