The E-Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
This E- Gift Card holds no value until activated with a minimum purchase.
There is no extra fee to obtain this card
Please present the print out of this E- Gift Card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card when shopping from stores
Please use the card number and PIN for the E-Gift Card when shopping online
This card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
In case of a damaged card, a new card will be issued and loaded with the remaining value only after proof and authenticity is presented to any AE store.
If a card is lost or stolen neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
ONLINE REDEMPTION-
- Customer should visit the American Eagle official website
- Login to your account or create new account
- Once logged-in, add the desired products to the cart.
- In the checkout page, under CHOOSE PAYMENT OPTION, select ‘My Gift Vouchers’
- Enter the card number, card pin and click on ‘Apply’
- Proceed with checkout
OFFLINE REDEMPTION-
- Customer visits American Eagle Store
- Customer completes shopping and proceeds to billing
- Customer presents e-gift card code (card no and Pin) to Cashier
- Cashier punches in bill
