All orders, bookings, transactions, contracts, and relationships are between the User and the relevant Service Provider. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EaseMyDeal disclaims all responsibility and liability for the acts, omissions, representations, warranties, promises, or conduct of any Service Provider. Users are advised to read the terms and policies presented by each Service Provider before completing a transaction.
7.1 Mobile & DTH Prepaid Recharges
7.1.1 Nature of Service & Order Flow
EaseMyDeal provides a technology platform that enables Users to initiate mobile and DTH prepaid recharge transactions.
When a User places a recharge order, EaseMyDeal, acting as a facilitator, transmits the recharge request to the relevant telecom operator, DTH operator, or an authorized aggregator partner for processing.
The successful completion of a recharge transaction is entirely dependent on the performance, systems, and decision of the respective operator/aggregator. EaseMyDeal has no control over operator infrastructure, service quality, or decision-making.
While EaseMyDeal endeavors to process transactions in near real-time, delays, errors, or failures may occur due to operator/network issues, technical glitches, system downtime, or reasons beyond EaseMyDeal’s reasonable control.
7.1.2 Pricing, Tariffs & Plans
All recharge denominations, plan benefits, offers, and validity are determined solely by the respective telecom/DTH operator, in accordance with regulations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and other applicable authorities.
EaseMyDeal sources plan data from operators and aggregator partners and attempts to keep the information updated. However, Users acknowledge and agree that EaseMyDeal does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, currency, or completeness of such plan details.
Users are advised to verify the recharge denomination, plan details, and validity directly with the concerned operator before initiating a transaction.
7.1.3 Failed, Pending or Duplicate Recharges
A recharge transaction may fail, remain pending, or be rejected due to operator/system reasons, technical errors, network congestion, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of a failed recharge, the transaction amount (if debited) will be refunded to the User’s original payment source (bank account, wallet, card, or UPI) in accordance with the timelines and rules of the respective bank, payment gateway, or operator. EaseMyDeal does not control such refund timelines.
For pending transactions, Users must refrain from initiating a duplicate recharge request for the same number/account until the status of the original transaction is confirmed. EaseMyDeal will not be liable for duplicate charges resulting from repeated User attempts.
If a recharge is wrongly processed due to User error (e.g., incorrect number, operator selection, or recharge denomination), EaseMyDeal bears no responsibility for reversal or refund, as these are strictly governed by operator rules.
7.1.4 Refunds & Reversals
Refunds are subject to the policies of the operator, payment gateway, and banking channels involved.
EaseMyDeal will provide reasonable assistance in raising claims with the relevant parties; however, EaseMyDeal neither guarantees refunds nor has the authority to influence or expedite refund timelines.
In certain cases, refund requests may be denied by the operator/payment partner, and Users shall have no claim against EaseMyDeal in such scenarios.
7.1.5 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
EaseMyDeal is a facilitator and does not itself provide telecom or DTH services. Accordingly, EaseMyDeal shall not be liable for:
Operator downtime, outages, or service unavailability.
Incorrect plan selection, number entry, or operator choice by the User.
Changes in tariffs, denominations, or validity by the operator.
Delay, rejection, or failure in recharge provisioning attributable to the operator/aggregator.
The User’s sole and exclusive remedy for any grievance, dispute, or claim relating to a recharge transaction shall lie directly with the concerned telecom/DTH operator, in accordance with its prescribed customer grievance redressal mechanisms.
EaseMyDeal’s aggregate liability for any recharge transaction, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited strictly to the transaction value actually received by EaseMyDeal for that recharge.
7.2 BBPS / Bharat Connect or other Bill Payments
7.2.1 Nature of Service
EaseMyDeal provides Users with access to bill payment services through integration with the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), authorized biller networks, or third-party biller aggregators.
EaseMyDeal acts solely as a facilitator of such transactions and does not itself generate, issue, or control bills.
By initiating a bill payment, the User authorizes EaseMyDeal to route the payment instructions through BBPS or the relevant aggregator/biller network.
7.2.2 Bill Accuracy & Presentation
All bill amounts, due dates, account numbers, reference IDs, and related information displayed on the Platform are provided by the concerned biller, BBPS, or its authorized intermediaries.
EaseMyDeal makes reasonable efforts to display accurate and updated bill data; however, EaseMyDeal neither verifies nor guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.
The User is solely responsible for reviewing the bill details and confirming the correctness of the payment parameters (including account number, biller selection, and amount) prior to authorizing payment.
7.2.3 Payment Confirmation & Settlement
A bill payment shall be deemed successful only upon confirmation of receipt from BBPS or the relevant biller/aggregator. EaseMyDeal will notify the User of the transaction status once such confirmation is received.
The timing of payment realization, credit to the biller’s account, and reconciliation of the User’s outstanding bill is governed exclusively by BBPS rules, NPCI guidelines, and biller-specific processes.
EaseMyDeal shall not be responsible for any delay, rejection, or non-reflection of payments caused by BBPS, NPCI, BBPOU, COU, the biller, banks, or payment intermediaries.
7.2.4 Disputed Bills & Service Issues
EaseMyDeal is not responsible for the correctness of bills, imposition of late fees, service disconnections, or other disputes relating to billing or biller services.
Any such disputes must be raised directly with the concerned biller in accordance with its prescribed customer grievance procedures.
EaseMyDeal will, at its discretion, provide Users with supporting transaction data (e.g., payment reference number, transaction status) to assist in resolving such disputes, but has no authority to alter, adjust, or cancel bills on behalf of the biller.
7.2.5 Refunds & Reversals
Refunds for duplicate, erroneous, or failed payments are subject strictly to BBPS, NPCI, and biller refund/reversal rules.
EaseMyDeal’s role is limited to initiating a refund or reversal request with the relevant party once notified by the User or the system.
The timing, credit method, and ultimate outcome of such refunds remain beyond EaseMyDeal’s control. Users agree that EaseMyDeal shall not be liable for delays or denials of refunds by the biller, BBPS, or banking channels.
Indicative refund/reversal timelines by category are published in our help section; final outcomes and TATs are per BBPS/NPCI/biller rules.
7.2.6 Limitation of Liability
EaseMyDeal provides bill payment services on an “as-is” and “as available” basis and expressly disclaims liability for:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in bill data.
Late payment charges, service disconnections, or penalties imposed by billers.
Non-availability of BBPS, NPCI, third-party aggregators, or biller systems.
Delayed, failed, or rejected settlements due to technical or operational reasons.
The User’s exclusive remedy for billing-related disputes lies with the concerned biller or the BBPS grievance redressal channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseMyDeal’s total liability in connection with any bill payment transaction shall be limited to the amount actually received by EaseMyDeal for the specific transaction.

EaseMyDeal may levy convenience fees, service charges, or transaction handling charges, which shall be disclosed upfront at checkout. These charges are non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.
Any foreign exchange fluctuations, cross-border taxes, or regulatory levies applicable to international bookings shall be borne by the User.
7.3.3 Booking Confirmations & Supplier Rules
A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon issuance of a valid ticket/voucher by the Travel Supplier and receipt of payment confirmation.
All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s terms, conditions, and fare rules, which may include restrictions on changes, cancellations, or refunds.
The User acknowledges that EaseMyDeal has no authority to override or modify Supplier rules.
7.3.4 Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
Amendments, cancellations, and no-shows are governed strictly by the Supplier’s policies. Penalties may include forfeiture of fare, retention charges, or no-refund conditions.
EaseMyDeal will facilitate cancellation/change requests but is not responsible for Supplier refusals, penalties, or delays in processing refunds.
Refunds, if approved by the Supplier, will be credited to the User’s payment source after deducting applicable Supplier charges and EaseMyDeal service fees.
Refund timelines are subject to airline billing settlement systems (e.g., IATA BSP/ARC), hotel settlement schedules, bus operator processes, and bank/payment gateway timelines.
EaseMyDeal does not guarantee refund timelines, which may range from 7 to 45 working days, depending on the Supplier and intermediaries.

EaseMyDeal does not guarantee:
Specific seat assignments on flights or buses;
Room type, floor, view, or smoking/non-smoking preference;

EaseMyDeal shall not be liable for travel disruptions caused by force majeure events, including, but not limited to: natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, political unrest, regulatory restrictions, air traffic control directives, Supplier insolvency, or government-imposed travel bans.
In such cases, refunds, re-accommodation, or compensation (if any) shall be provided strictly as per the Supplier’s policies. EaseMyDeal shall not bear independent liability.
Where a Supplier ceases operations or becomes insolvent, Users must pursue claims directly with the Supplier or its appointed administrator/liquidator.
7.3.7 Ancillary & Third-Party Services
Ancillary services such as travel insurance, baggage add-ons, seat selection, visas, forex, cab transfers, or tour packages are offered by independent third-party providers.
Such services are subject to their own terms, warranties, and liabilities. EaseMyDeal disclaims all responsibility for deficiency or denial of these services.
Insurance claims, if applicable, must be raised directly with the insurer. EaseMyDeal shall not mediate or adjudicate insurance disputes.

Users acknowledge that EaseMyDeal is not a bank, NBFC, nor the Beneficiary.
User responsibility. By using Pay Via Credit Card for any category, the User confirms they have read and accepted these sub-terms and the master Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Platform.
7.4.A Rent Payments (Pay Via Credit Card — Rent)
A.1 Nature of Service & Payment Flow
Users may use Pay Via Credit Card to pay rent or society/association maintenance charges to registered landlords, property managers, or housing societies (each a “Rent Beneficiary”). EaseMyDeal forwards the payment instruction to the acquiring/payment processor, who effects the payment to the Beneficiary’s bank account or to a designated settlement partner.
Transaction lifecycle: (i) initiation and User authentication, (ii) authorization by card issuer, (iii) capture by acquiring bank, (iv) settlement to Beneficiary per settlement network rules, and (v) confirmation to the User.
A.2 Mandatory verification & onboarding of Beneficiaries
Rent Beneficiaries must be onboarded/verified per EaseMyDeal’s Beneficiary onboarding requirements (documentary KYC, bank details, GST or PAN where applicable). EaseMyDeal may refuse to onboard or may suspend payments to any Beneficiary until satisfactory verification is complete.
A.3 User obligations & payee accuracy
Users must ensure the accuracy of the Beneficiary name, account number/UPI ID, IFSC/branch details, lease reference, and any remittance instruction. Any payment credited to an incorrect Beneficiary or lost due to wrong details provided by the User is the User’s sole responsibility. EaseMyDeal may attempt recovery at the User’s request, but has no obligation or guarantee of success.
A.4 Card issuer treatment & cash-advance disclosure
Certain card issuers may treat rent payments as a cash advance or apply special merchant category rules (and levy immediate interest or additional fees). Users must check with their card issuer for applicable terms prior to transacting. EaseMyDeal disclaims liability for interest, cash-advance fees, or differential accounting applied by the card issuer.
A.5 Fees, taxes, convenience charges
EaseMyDeal will disclose any convenience fee or transaction charge and applicable taxes (GST) at checkout. Convenience fees are non-refundable except where EaseMyDeal is required by law or by explicit written policy to refund.
A.6 Holds, limits & suspicious transactions
For high-value rent payments or where AML/KYC triggers occur, EaseMyDeal may place a temporary hold on the transaction, withhold settlement, or request additional documents (proof of tenancy, landlord ID, PAN, cancelled cheque) until compliance checks are complete. Transactions may be refused or reversed where documentation is inadequate.
A.7 Refunds, reversals & failed settlements
Refunds for failed or reversed rent payments are governed by the acquiring bank/payment gateway and the Beneficiary’s refunds policy. EaseMyDeal will facilitate reversal requests, but cannot guarantee timing or outcome. If the Beneficiary declines reversal, the User’s remedy is against the Beneficiary or the card issuer, as applicable.
A.8 Dispute resolution with landlords/societies
Any dispute relating to rent amount, tenancy, security deposit, eviction, or landlord/tenant disputes is between User and Beneficiary exclusively; EaseMyDeal will provide transaction evidence on request, but does not adjudicate tenancy disputes.
A.9 Liability & limitation
EaseMyDeal’s liability for Rent Payments shall be strictly limited to amounts actually retained by EaseMyDeal for the transaction or the amount unremitted to the Beneficiary at the time of the dispute, whichever is lower. EaseMyDeal disclaims all other indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
The Users agree not to hold EaseMyDeal responsible and/or liable for any issue or claim arising out of any dispute whatsoever between the User and the Processor and/or the User and the User’s bank or financial institution. Further, the Users agree not to hold EaseMyDeal responsible and/or liable for any delay in service of up to 7 working days. Additionally, please note that EaseMyDeal shall not be responsible for any additional fees or charges deducted by the Processors during payment processing in connection with the User’s transaction, and EaseMyDeal disclaims all liability in this regard. Further, the Users may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by such Processors, and the Users should review these terms and conditions before authorizing any payments through the Processors.
A.10 Indemnity
The User shall indemnify EaseMyDeal from all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from (i) incorrect payee information entered by the User; (ii) disputes raised by landlords or other third parties; and (iii) the User’s non-compliance with applicable rental or tax regulations.
7.4.B Education Fee Payments (Pay Via Credit Card — Education Fees)
B.1 Nature of Service & permitted payees
Pay Via Credit Card enables Users to pay fees to education professionals, Tutors, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, universities, coaching centres, or other educational institutions (“Education Beneficiaries”). EaseMyDeal acts as a payment facilitator for settlement to the Education Beneficiary.
B.2 Pre-payment verification & student identifiers
Users may be required to share accurate student identifiers (admission/roll number/registered mobile no/email id), invoice references, or program details. Education Beneficiaries may require supporting documentation to link a payment to a student account; absence may delay reconciliation and posting of fees by the institution — EaseMyDeal is not liable for delays in posting.
B.3 KYC & compliance for fee categories
Certain fee categories (e.g., high-value tuition, overseas education processing fees, or installments) may trigger enhanced KYC, source-of-fund checks, or cross-border compliance. EaseMyDeal may request an institutional fee schedule, invoice copies, or proof of admission before authorizing settlement.
B.4 Refunds, withdrawals & academic disputes
Refunds arising from course cancellations, withdrawals, or admission denial are governed by the Education Beneficiary’s refund policy. EaseMyDeal will forward refund/reversal requests but cannot override institutional refund amounts or timelines.
B.5 Scholarships, concessions & retroactive adjustments
If a Beneficiary issues retroactive fee adjustments (scholarships, concessions), such adjustments and any resulting refund or credit will be handled by the Education Beneficiary. EaseMyDeal will provide transaction data to facilitate reconciliation, but will not be liable for the Institution’s internal accounting.
B.6 Third-party vendor chargebacks & chargeback windows
Card chargebacks relating to education payments are subject to card network rules and strict windows for dispute (e.g., issuer chargeback timeframes). Users must raise chargeback requests with their issuer and provide required evidence; EaseMyDeal will cooperate with acquirer investigations.
B.7 Liability & limitation
EaseMyDeal’s liability for Education Fee Payments is limited to amounts actually retained by EaseMyDeal in relation to the specific transaction or the amount unremitted to the Beneficiary at the point of dispute, whichever is lower. D.2 Holds, freezes & chargebacks
Where suspicious activity, sanctions matches, counterparty disputes, or regulatory requirements arise, EaseMyDeal may freeze, reverse, or hold funds. Chargebacks initiated by a card issuer will follow card network rules — EaseMyDeal will cooperate with acquiring banks, but cannot unilaterally prevent a legitimate chargeback.

In such events, refunds or alternate arrangements will be governed by the Beneficiary’s policy or payment network rules and are not determined by EaseMyDeal.
D.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EaseMyDeal and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages, regardless of the form of action or theory of liability. This cap applies per transaction and in the aggregate for all claims arising from or relating to the same transaction or series of related transactions, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, restitution, or any other legal or equitable theory, and shall constitute the sole and exclusive monetary remedy of the User against EaseMyDeal for such matter.
